Gopalan G

Gopalan, the Chief Technical Advisor at Aster, is responsible for all the Technical issues related to Projects, Design and Manufacture and he is very supportive through his guidance for all Engineering matters across all SBUs. Before joining Aster, he was the Vice President of Microwave Network implementation in Reliance Communications. He was formerly the Chief of the Transmission Group of Bharti Telesonics Ltd. and was instrumental in executing Bharti’s Fibre Optic network in South India. He has also served as Asst. VP/GM in Bharti Cellular and J.T Mobiles. Gopalan had earlier served with DOT (BSNL) for over 20 years in various capacities. He has rich experience in executing DOT Projects and has worked as Task Force Leader for Rural Telecom provision in Karnataka. His long term familiarity with implementing Telecom infrastructure projects makes him a veteran of Civil, Electrical, Cable Laying and Telecom Equipment work.

Jagan Mohan is an Engineering graduate with an experience of 28 years in the industry and has great acumen in Business Development, Project Management and Project Execution. Jagan Mohan has been instrumental in developing the International Business Operations Vertical. He is presently leading the Aster’s M & A activities and working to create new establishments overseas.

Satyanarayana B

Satyanarayana is a Chartered Accountant with over 9 years of experience. He is presently leading Aster’s Finance, Accounts and Commercial Departments. He oversees the finalization of Accounts, Taxation (both Direct and Indirect Taxes), Internal Audit Reviews, Secretarial issues, Contract Reviews and Treasury Operations.

Vijay has a Master’s Degree in Management and is a qualified lead Auditor for QMS/EMS/TL 9000/PVGAP. He has over 16 years of experience in large and medium sized Telecom Manufacturing and Services Organizations. Vijay is a specialist in developing and implementing systems with world class quality such as the TL 9000. He is presently leading Aster’s Quality Assurance and ISO Activities.

Vasudeva Rao B

Vasudeva Rao has about 35 years of experience in Industrial and Project Management. He has had a long and impeccable track of experience in various capacities handling functional areas in Industrial Establishments. Vasudeva Rao currently leads Aster’s T&D Business Development. His drive and tireless efforts have placed the T&D Vertical in a strategic position to be able to cater to various market needs in diverse business areas.

Somayajulu holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Management and has over 30 years of experience in the matters dealing with Domestic and International Trade connected with Medical Electronics, Computer Peripherals, Communication Systems, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Engineering items, Horology, Commercial Refrigeration Equipment, Computer Telephony Integration Products, Electronic Energy Meters and RF Microwave Systems and Components. He has also worked on high value foreign collaboration projects. Somayajulu is a “Certified Material Manager” recognized by the American Society for Purchase Management. Somayajulu is presently leading Aster’s PCM and Procurements.

Ravi Kumar is a Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and MBA-Operations Management with 20 years experience in Large Manufacturing Organizations. He has handled Operations in Start-up to Large Projects, Product development & Process automation for domestic & MNC Clients with successful track record. He has set-up and managed facilities for manufacturing of Consumer durables, Electromechanical Controls, Medical Instruments and Engineering Products for Domestic and Global markets. His experience includes handling projects of MNC clients, Streamlining and optimization of operations, Business Development, establishing customer relations. He has proven expertise in all facets of plant operations running as P&L centre. He has proficiency in handling Supply Chain Management Globally, well versed with ERP Systems. Pursues methodical and system oriented approach. He is presently leading all Fabrication Facilities in Aster.

Rao holds a Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, MBA with Distinction, LLB and ISO 9000 Lead Assessor Certificate. He is also a research scholar in Organization Development. Rao has over 20 years of experience in HR, Training, Admin and Legal functions. He is presently leading Aster’s HR, Training, Admin and Legal Functions. Rao had earlier worked in large organizations of repute (MNCs and Public Sector) in Telecom, Power and Chemical Industries which were either in Start up, Growth, Mature or Renewal life cycles. He has also worked earlier as ISO 9000 Coordinator & MR and responsible for implementation of Quality Management System (QMS). As part of Organization Development, he implemented various people related initiatives to bring in “Quality Oriented, Customer Focused and Goal Driven” culture.

Mitra Javvadi is a Graduate in Electronics Engineering with 17 years experience in Software Product Development IT Infrastructure Management. He has successfully setup LAN and MPLS VPN WAN connecting operations across the Company. Developed and implemented in-house software packages for different Operations.

Srinivasa Rao is a Mechanical Engineer with 14 years of experience in Project Management. He is presently leading Aster’s Transmission and Distribution vertical. Earlier, as the Telecom vertical lead, he played a key role in formulating various strategies to bring quality into the services provided by the company. His leadership and result oriented approach is largely admired by all the team members which had resulted in motivating the ECP Services Team to achieve newer glories.

Ramu is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has over 11 years of experience in various fields. He is presently leading Aster’s Special Structures Vertical. Earlier, as the South Region Lead of ECP Services in the Telecom Vertical, he was instrumental in enhancing the Company’s business in his region of operations.

Rangamani has a Master’s degree in Marketing and Finance and has over 12 years of experience in Marketing and Business Development in the Domestic and International markets. She is presently leading Aster’s International Business Operations. She has an impressive record for increasing revenue, streamlining workflow and developing teams to increase productivity. She is the key contributor in formulating and developing various marketing strategies and methods to improve the Telecom Infrastructure business in the International Markets.

Bhatt is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the field of manufacturing professional grade electronic equipment for Broadcasting, Telecom and Navigation. He is presently leading Aster’s Pre Engineered Building (PEB) Solutions business. Bhatt has handled various prestigious assignments successfully for Aster and contributed in setting up and leading Tower manufacturing facilities. Bhatt has a sound knowledge in Telecom Tower design, Manufacture and Erection.

Nandha Kumar is a Graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering with 8 years experience in Project Management and Operations & Maintenance of Telecom Networks. Successfully implemented major O&M roll-outs for large Mobile Service Providers. He is presently leading Telecom Vertical.

Sanjay is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with over 10 years experience in Project Management and Poly Engineering Application. Earlier as SBU Lead, he was responsible for establishing Aster’s Telecom Shelters Business. He is presently leading Poly Engineering Systems Vertical.
